Comuna 2

Comuna 2 is an administrative district in northern Cali located along the western bank of the Cali River. The area combines residential neighborhoods with commercial zones and educational institutions in a mixed-use setting.

Granada, located within this district, emerged as the first residential neighborhood in northern Cali and later transformed into a business center. This evolution shaped the overall development of the area.

The Torre de Cali Hotel stands as the city's tallest building, dominating the skyline noticeably. Alongside it sit three major shopping centers—Centenario, Chipichape, and Pacific Mall—forming the commercial and leisure hub of the district.
