Cementerio Hebreo de Cali, Jewish cemetery in Cali, Colombia
The Cementerio Hebreo spans 16,000 square meters and contains carefully arranged burial plots with marble headstones and traditional Jewish memorial symbols throughout the grounds.
The cemetery opened in December 1930 following legal recognition of the Jewish community, with Estella de Edery recorded as the first person interred at this location.
The cemetery features Italian marble artworks on early tombs and incorporates traditional Jewish iconography related to life and death within its memorial designs.
