Hato El Cedral

Hato El Cedral is a cattle ranch and wildlife reserve in the Venezuelan plains with extensive waterways, dikes, and embankments shaping the landscape. The property contains diverse wetland and grassland habitats that support numerous species across its vast expanse.

The property was once managed by King Ranch, a Texas-based company that pioneered cattle breeding methods for tropical environments. This heritage shaped the current management and ranching operations that continue on the land.
