La Feria Chapultepec Mágico, Amusement park in Chapultepec, Mexico.
La Feria Chapultepec Mágico is an amusement park within Chapultepec Forest in Mexico City, combining roller coasters, carousels, and animal areas. The rides spread across several themed sections designed for different age groups.
The park opened in 1964 as Juegos Mecánicos de Chapultepec under government management and remained public until 1992. Grupo CIE then took control, followed by Ventura Entertainment in 2015.
The name reflects the idea that Chapultepec holds magic and entertainment for families visiting the forest. Groups often arrive together, and the site serves as a weekend meeting point for children and teenagers from across the city.
The entrance lies within the forest and connects through several paths coming from different parts of Chapultepec. Families often plan a full day, as the site is large and offers many rides.
One of the roller coasters was the first in the world with three vertical loops, a technical milestone at the time. Another coaster held the record as the tallest ride in the country for years.
