BiblioTech is a digital library system in Bexar County with multiple locations that provides computers, internet access, and electronic resources to the community. It offers access to thousands of ebooks, audiobooks, and learning materials through platforms such as cloudLibrary, Hoopla, and BiblioBoard.

BiblioTech opened its first branch on 14 September 2013 on San Antonio's underserved south side, built at a cost of $2.3 million and founded by Judge Nelson Wolff. A west-side branch followed in July 2015, an east-side branch in April 2018, and the Nelson and Tracy Wolff BiblioTech EDU in December 2022 near downtown, on the shared Fox Tech, Cast Tech and ALA campus. The first location drew over 400,000 visitors in four years.

BiblioTech is named for its book-and-technology model, and its branches serve as county meeting points: the first opened on San Antonio's south side, a part of the city the sources describe as underserved. Staff lend e-readers and run programming and touch-screen video tablets, so the library's public role is lending devices and digital content rather than printed volumes.

Access is straightforward since the platforms work from any device and only require a login. It helps to have a library card or login credentials to make full use of all digital content.
