The TC Energy Center rises 238 meters with a red Swedish granite exterior and features three segmented tower setbacks with gabled rooflines topped by spires.
The building, completed in 1983 under architect Philip Johnson's design, changed names multiple times from RepublicBank Center through Bank of America Center to TC Energy Center.
The building houses rotating art exhibitions curated by Kinzelman Art Consulting throughout its public spaces, adding to downtown Houston's corporate art collection.
The structure contains 32 elevators with wood finishes, spans 56 floors, and provides 1.3 million square feet of office space in the center of Houston's Theater District.
The building's architecture draws inspiration from Dutch Gothic canal houses, incorporating steep gables and dark pink granite that sets it apart in the Houston skyline.
