Construction began in 2007 and finished in 2010, establishing this tower as part of Austin's urban growth at that time. The project represented a shift toward downtown residential development in the city.
The 2010 Women's Symphony League Designer Showhouse exhibition at The Austonian presented the building to the public before residents moved in.
The tower stands prominently in downtown and is easy to spot from street level near shops and restaurants. Access inside is restricted to residents and authorized visitors.
