Pastor Robert Morris founded the congregation in 2000 with an initial gathering at a hotel in Grapevine attended by one hundred eighty people. Over the following years, the community grew rapidly and opened additional branches across the region.
The name derives from the biblical idea that Christ serves as an entry to faith. Large video screens and modern stage setups shape the look of the meeting halls, which resemble concert venues with rows of seats and lighting systems.
