Seibert Stadium, Collegiate football stadium in Homewood, United States.
Seibert Stadium is a multipurpose venue with seating for about 6,700 spectators, featuring a synthetic playing field and a four-story press tower for media operations. A team field house in the south end zone provides modern facilities for players and coaching staff.
Construction opened to the public on September 26, 1958, and was named after F. Page Seibert, who funded its completion in 1961. The facility has been updated over the decades and remains central to the university's athletic programs.
The field serves as home to Samford University's football team and hosts various collegiate athletic competitions throughout the school year. It represents an important gathering place for the campus community.
The venue is easily accessible from campus with ample parking available nearby. Arriving early on event days helps ensure good seating and parking, especially during major competitions.
In 1994, more than 11,000 fans attended a game featuring future NFL quarterback Steve McNair playing for Alcorn State against Samford. This remains one of the largest crowds ever to fill the venue.
