Visitors can access the zoo at 2630 Cahaba Road from Wednesday through Sunday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with last admission at 4:00 PM.
The facility maintains specific breeding programs for endangered species, including red pandas, orangutans, and African elephants, contributing to international conservation efforts.
