Camp Naue YMCA

Camp Naue is a four-acre campground along the North Shore of Kauai with five beachfront bunkhouses containing fifty beds and separate bathroom facilities. The site offers basic lodging with simple amenities for guests seeking a coastal stay.

This facility was founded in 1926 when the McBryde Sugar Company donated the land, establishing the foundation for outdoor education on the Hawaiian coast. The camp has since operated continuously as a place for youth programs and community activities.

This gathering place draws local residents and visitors from around the world who participate in programs centered on leadership skills and outdoor activities. The camp creates a shared space where people connect and experience the Hawaiian coastline together.

The site sits directly on the beach with easy access to the water and walking trails in the surrounding area. Arrival by car is possible and parking is available on the property.

The property sits about two miles from the Na Pali Coast, one of Hawaii's most striking coastal formations. Visitors can also walk to nearby Tunnels Beach for snorkeling, where sea turtles and tropical fish often appear in shallow water.
