Kia Forum

The Kia Forum is an indoor arena in Inglewood with 17,500 seats arranged in a circular pattern around a central performance space. The technical setup includes modern lighting and sound systems installed throughout the building.

Charles Luckman designed the building in 1967 as a home venue for the Los Angeles Lakers, who played here until 1999. After that period the place was transformed into a dedicated concert and event hall.

Today locals and visitors gather here for concerts and events that draw thousands of people from across the greater Los Angeles area throughout the year. The atmosphere inside blends the energy of a modern event hall with the memory of decades of local entertainment culture.

The location sits at 3900 West Manchester Boulevard and offers several parking areas plus connections to public transit lines. It helps to plan some extra time to find your way around before major events.

The circular roof spans 128 meters (420 feet) without support columns, giving every seat an unobstructed view. This construction approach was considered a technical novelty for buildings of this size when it opened.
