The museum promotes scientific education through STEM activities, maker labs, and specialized programs that introduce engineering concepts to young children from diverse backgrounds.
Visitors can explore six distinct sections including Art Studios, Bay Hall, Discovery Hall, Lookout Cove, Tot Spot, and Fab Lab throughout the week except Mondays.
The 2.5-acre outdoor area contains tide pools, hiking trails, caves, and spider web installations where children learn about nature near the Golden Gate Bridge.
