Jane Sanders Stadium, Softball stadium at University of Oregon, Eugene, United States
Jane Sanders Stadium holds 2,500 spectators and features a clay infield with artificial turf outfield designed for Pacific Northwest weather conditions.
The stadium opened in March 2016 after a 17.2 million dollar construction project, replacing the former Howe Field that dated back to 1935.
The venue functions as the primary field for Oregon Ducks softball team, competing in the Big Ten Conference and drawing thousands of spectators.
The facility includes modern locker rooms, media areas, concessions, restrooms, and a 12-by-36-foot video board for game information and replays.
Robert Sanders contributed 16 million dollars to build this stadium in memory of his wife Jane, leading to additional bleachers named The Bob.
