Tiger Mountain, Mountain peak in Washington, US.

Tiger Mountain is a forested peak in the Issaquah Alps that reaches 3,004 feet in elevation and features multiple hiking trails winding through dense woodland. The mountain offers several entry points with routes of varying difficulty levels for visitors to choose from.

The area experienced logging operations in the 1920s, when timber companies laid railroad grades through the forest. These old routes were later transformed into hiking trails that form the backbone of the current trail system.

Local indigenous tribes utilized the mountain's forest resources, establishing a connection between the land and native communities through generations.

Most visitors start at one of the main entry points and follow well-marked paths through the woodland. Weather can change quickly, so proper gear is important, especially during wetter months.

Poo Poo Point on the mountainside serves as a launch site for paragliders and carries a curious name rooted in logging history. The name comes from the sound of steam whistles used by timber equipment that once operated in the area.
