Located at 2915 Ontario Street East, Bain Mathieu features two performance halls with adaptable configurations for different types of artistic presentations.
Built in 1931 as a public bathhouse, the building underwent a significant transformation in 1998 when S.P.A.G. converted it into a cultural center.
The venue functions as a talent incubator managed by The Society to Promote Gigantic Arts, supporting creators from various artistic disciplines.
The main performance hall accommodates 400 people standing or 235 in cabaret format, while the secondary space holds 200 standing or 100 seated.
The basement venue combines modern technical equipment with original architectural elements from its past as a public swimming pool.
