Ednör – L'Attaque, Steel inverted roller coaster at La Ronde, Canada
Ednör - L'Attaque is a steel inverted coaster at La Ronde that features five inversions along its 689-meter track. The ride reaches speeds of 80 kilometers per hour and climbs to heights of 33 meters.
The coaster was originally called Serial Thriller and operated at Six Flags AstroWorld until 2005. It was relocated to Montreal and reopened at La Ronde in 2010 under its current name.
The ride draws on sea monster themes that connect to the Saint Lawrence River's maritime heritage. You notice this influence in the visual design around the track and the pre-show elements.
Each train holds 20 passengers across 10 cars and moves approximately 1040 riders per hour. Plan for wait times, especially during peak hours, as this ride is popular with visitors.
The coaster travels over Dolphin Lake and creates a reflection effect on the water as it operates. This visual moment happens when the ride passes directly above the lake surface on clear days.
