Le Vampire

Le Vampire is an inverted roller coaster at La Ronde where riders sit below the track with their feet dangling in the air. The ride features five inversions and sharp turns that create an intense experience throughout its course.

The ride opened in 2002 as a new addition to the park's attraction lineup. Its design was based on engineering that had proven successful at other locations.

This steel roller coaster mirrors the layout of Batman: The Ride installations while maintaining its independent identity within the French-speaking region of Quebec.

Riders must meet a minimum height requirement to access the ride safely. The attraction can develop long queues during busy afternoon hours, so early morning visits are often less crowded.

One notable feature is a backward-running train configuration that was introduced in a later season. This allowed riders to experience the inversions in reverse order, creating a completely different sensation from the normal direction.
