Wenzhou World Trade Center

The Wenzhou World Trade Center is a skyscraper with 68 floors above ground and 3 basement levels, rising to approximately 321.9 meters tall. The building combines office spaces and a luxury hotel within its mixed-use design.

The project started in 2003 with initial plans for a 260-meter height but was later modified and completed in 2010. The expansion of the building's scope reflects Wenzhou's rapid economic development during that period.

The tower represents Wenzhou's role as a major commercial hub and reflects the city's economic growth during recent decades.

The building is accessible from multiple entrances with clear signage directing visitors to different areas. Daytime visits work best when all facilities are fully operational and views from above are most visible.

The building features modern elevator systems that quickly transport visitors to upper levels, offering sweeping views of the city and surrounding areas. At night the facade is illuminated creating a striking visual in the city landscape.
