Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground

Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground is a stadium in Kowloon City featuring a 400-meter all-weather running track with eight lanes surrounding a natural grass playing field. The ground accommodates track and field events as well as football matches and other field sports.

The ground was established in June 1964 as a primary athletic venue for the Kowloon region. Since then it has hosted countless local and regional sporting events, making it one of the older sports facilities in Hong Kong.

The ground hosts school athletic competitions throughout the year and serves as a training hub for young runners and field athletes in the district. Local students regularly use the facilities for team practices and regional championship events.

The ground is easily reached by MTR through stations like Lok Fu, Kowloon Tong, and Sung Wong Toi, with walking access from each. Plan your visit according to the season, as opening hours change depending on the time of year.

The ground operates on seasonal hours that shift with the time of year: from November to April it opens at 6:30 AM and closes at 6:00 PM, while from May to October it stays open until 6:30 PM. This schedule reflects Hong Kong's varying daylight and weather patterns throughout the year.
