One Lincoln Park is a 32-story, 380-foot (116 m) residential tower at the edge of Denver's downtown grid, bounded by Welton St, 20th St, Lincoln St, and 20th Ave. It contains 177 units, the largest offering up to 9,000 square feet of living space. The building was designed by the Buchanan Yonushewski Group and completed in 2008 by the Swinerton Group.

One Lincoln Park was designed by the Buchanan Yonushewski Group and built by the Swinerton Group, the contractor also behind Denver's Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences and Country Club Towers II & III. Construction was completed in 2008. In 2010 the Downtown Denver Partnership named it Project of the Year.

The Downtown Denver Partnership named One Lincoln Park its Project of the Year in 2010. The tower stands at the 20th & Welton station on RTD's L Line, where light-rail trains stop beside the building's edge of the downtown grid.

The tower occupies the block bounded by Welton Street, 20th Street, Lincoln Street and 20th Avenue, at the edge of the downtown grid. The 20th & Welton station on RTD's light rail L Line sits beside it, so the block is reached by train rather than by car. The lobby and upper floors serve residents, so plan to view the exterior and the station from the sidewalk.

Units feature ten-foot ceilings and individual terraces, with the largest residences offering roughly 9000 square feet of living space. This generous size distinguishes the building from many other residential blocks in the surrounding area.
