The Patsy Clark Mansion, built in 1897, stands at 2208 West Second Avenue with sandstone from Italy and bricks from St. Louis, Missouri.
Mining millionaire Patrick Clark commissioned architect Kirtland Cutter to design this residence, which was completed in 1898 after nearly a decade of construction.
The mansion features twenty-seven rooms with stained glass windows crafted by Louis Comfort Tiffany and custom-designed furnishings from international artisans.
The second and third floors house the Eymann Allison Hunter Jones law firm, while the ground floor remains available for private event rentals.
The mansion's new owners purchased it for 1.03 million dollars in 2002 to maintain its preservation after decades of serving as a restaurant.
