Built between 1910 and 1919, the house cost $15,000 and incorporated modern amenities such as electricity from batteries and a coal-fired central heating system.
The structure has served multiple community purposes, including operating as a rooming house, pool hall, dance studio, and temporary school following a local school fire.
The residence contains large rooms with 10-foot ceilings, supported by running water from a cistern and electrical systems that were advanced for its construction period.
During Halloween, the property transforms into the largest haunted house attraction in Southern Alberta, while December brings Santa Claus Mansion celebrations.
