Scotia Centre, International Style skyscraper in downtown Calgary, Canada

Stephen Avenue Place rises 155 meters high with 41 floors of office and retail spaces in the heart of Calgary's business district.

Built in 1976 as Scotia Centre for 30 million dollars, the structure marked its place as Calgary's highest building during that period.

The building's name honors George Stephen, a key figure in developing the Canadian Pacific Railway and shaping Calgary's commercial growth.

The building connects to Calgary's +15 skywalk system and contains retail spaces, offices, a fitness center, and conference facilities.

Recent renovations transformed the ground level into a transparent mixed-use space featuring Major Tom Bar, Barbarella, National, and Phil & Sebastian Coffee.
