WZMH Architects designed this commercial tower, which opened in 1991 on the former site of an Eaton's department store from 1929.
The structure represents the expansion of Canadian financial centers during the 1990s, marking Calgary's evolution into a major business hub.
The building contains 15 elevators and connects to The Core Shopping Centre through a four-level retail podium at its base.
The tower incorporates original walls from the previous Eaton's store into its retail podium, preserving elements of Calgary's commercial heritage.
