Estádio da Várzea

The Estádio da Várzea is a football stadium in Praia with a rectangular playing field surrounded by seating areas on both sides. The venue holds several thousand spectators and hosts matches and sporting events throughout the year.

The stadium was built in the middle of the 20th century under a different name and later renamed. A major modernization at the end of the 1990s transformed the facility and improved its infrastructure.
