Central Kwai Chung Park is an urban green space in Kwai Tsing District featuring multiple levels, manicured gardens, and pathways for walking and movement. The layout combines quiet areas for sitting with open spaces designed for exercise and play.

The site was the Ng family's Ruifeng Cattle Farm for at least 50 years before closing in the early 1970s and returning to the government. The park opened on 1 July 1986. Its management office occupies the former farm office, rated a Grade II historic building in June 2022.

The park's name comes from its site in the Kwai Chung area, and its management office is the former office of the Ng family's Ruifeng Cattle Farm, rated a Grade II historic building in June 2022. A stone ox sculpture at the Elderly Fitness Ground entrance recalls the farm; its horns were damaged in 2013 and the repaired horns disappeared within ten days.

The park lies on New Kwai Street in Ha Kwai Chung, screened by dense trees and factory blocks, so its entrance is easy to miss; the blue metal gate on the paved path marks the way in. The management office occupies the former cattle-farm office, rated Grade II in June 2022. Facilities include two five-a-side football pitches, a basketball and volleyball court, a roller-skating rink, a playground, a nature trail, picnic areas and an elderly fitness ground.
