Le Mirabeau, building in Monaco
Le Mirabeau is an 81-meter tall residential building with 26 floors located on Avenue Princesse Grace in the Carré d'Or neighborhood. It features modernist architecture with clean lines, large windows throughout, and a green plant-covered wall that distinguishes its facade.
The building was constructed in the early 1970s and originally operated as a luxury hotel managed by SBM. It closed in 2007 and was subsequently renovated to become a residential property in 2008.
The name reflects the refined style that defines Monaco's character. Residents move between their private apartments and the lively streets of Carré d'Or, creating a rhythm where exclusivity meets daily urban life.
The building is centrally located with easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks nearby. Modern elevators, well-maintained common areas, and secure entrances make daily living comfortable and straightforward.
The building once housed La Coupole, a two-story dining venue that earned a Michelin star under chef Didier Aniès. Architects Ivan Brico and Ange Pecoraro designed the structure in 2004 as part of Monaco's modernist transformation.
