Qusar District, Administrative district in northern Azerbaijan
Qusar District is an administrative region in northern Azerbaijan with mountainous terrain near the Russian border. The landscape includes several rivers, rural villages, and smaller towns with local markets and basic services for residents and visitors.
The area was established as an administrative district in 1930 with its center in a smaller settlement. The administrative seat was relocated in 1934 to the town that now serves as the district's main hub.
