The Crescent Development project

The Crescent Development is a mixed-use complex along Baku's Caspian Sea waterfront featuring residential towers, shops, offices, and a luxury hotel. The project combines housing, retail, and hospitality services within a single large site.

The project began in the early 2010s as part of Baku's effort to upgrade infrastructure and create housing for a growing population. This work marked a turning point in how the city expanded along its waterfront.

The development integrates modern architectural elements with traditional Azerbaijani design elements across its residential spaces and public areas.

The site features a large shopping mall, multi-level underground parking, and good public transportation connections to different parts of the city. Getting around within and beyond the complex is straightforward from here.

The hotel at the center of this project sits on an artificial island surrounded by a lagoon with illuminated fountains that create a striking visual effect. This island sets the complex apart from other developments in the city.
