Port Baku Towers, Modern skyscraper complex in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Port Baku Towers is a modern complex of two glass-clad high-rises positioned along Neftchilar Avenue near the waterfront. The buildings contain premium office spaces, retail shops, restaurants, and an international spa facility.
Construction began in 2006 under PASHA Construction LLC and finished in 2011 as part of Baku's major urban transformation. The project marked the city's shift toward modern commercial development along the waterfront.
The architectural firm Chapman Taylor designed the complex to reflect Azerbaijan's economic growth through modern structural elements and geometric patterns.
The two towers stand at different heights and are clearly visible from the harbor area. Access is from Neftchilar Avenue, and the complex offers extensive parking for visitors and workers.
The Northern Tower features a triangular prism shape that shifts its appearance depending on viewing angle. The Southern Tower tapers toward the top, creating two distinctly different profiles.
