House-Museum of Niyazi

The House-Museum of Niyazi contains personal items, manuscripts, photographs and artifacts documenting the works of the Azerbaijani poet and playwright.

The museum was established in 1994 within a building that preserves the architectural elements characteristic of mid-twentieth century Baku residential structures.

Through its collections and exhibitions, the museum presents the evolution of Azerbaijani literature and theater during the period when Niyazi created his works.

Visitors can participate in educational programs, literature discussions, and specialized exhibitions organized throughout the year to explore Azerbaijani literary traditions.

The museum maintains rooms arranged exactly as they were during Niyazi's lifetime, featuring his original furniture, writing materials, and personal library.
