Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku

Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku is a 33-story curved building at the eastern end of downtown with a sail-like architectural design. The structure houses hotel rooms in the lower floors and residential spaces in the upper levels, offering views of the Caspian Sea and the city skyline.

The project began in 2008 with initial funding and gained international attention in 2012 when the Trump Organization took over the development. This partnership marked a turning point in transforming the building into a luxury property.

The building shapes Baku's skyline during its modern development phase, standing alongside other contemporary structures like the Heydar Aliyev Center. It reflects how the city has reshaped itself through international brands and architectural innovation.
