The House of Mehmandarovs is a residential building with a square layout and three second-floor rooms that open onto a veranda. The interior spaces throughout are filled with detailed wall murals.
The structure was built in 1701 by architect Karbalayi Safikhan Karabakhi for local nobility. It later served different purposes before becoming a museum.
