Draak

Draak is a steel powered coaster with a 450-meter track that includes several helixes and maintains speeds of 36 kilometers per hour throughout the ride. The train carries 38 passengers per journey and was built by Mack Rides, a specialized manufacturer of theme park attractions.

This ride opened in March 2004 as part of the park's expansion after Studio 100 took over and transformed the former Meli Park in 2000. Adding this attraction to the lineup helped establish the park as a destination for families with various age groups.

The name Draak comes from Dutch and means dragon, reflecting the theme park's connection to Flemish and Dutch cultural roots. This choice of language appears throughout the park's attractions and creates a regional identity for visitors.

This ride is well-suited for families with children as it offers moderate thrills without inversions that might deter some riders. Visitors should expect longer wait times during warm weather and weekends when the park is busier.
