The Texpark site is a vacant lot in Downtown Halifax bounded by Granville, Sackville and Hollis streets and by the MetroPark garage to the south. The northern half, where the six-storey Texpark garage stood until its 2004 demolition, is empty; the southern half holds a five-storey office building at 1568 Hollis Street, built in 1960. The Coast has called the lot downtown's biggest gaping hole.

The site held the six-storey Texpark garage, proposed in 1960 by the Downtown Business and Professional Men's Association and built after the city expropriated eight properties, completed on 16 August 1960. The garage was demolished in 2004 and the lot sold to United Gulf Developments. In 2005 the firm submitted the Twisted Sisters, two 27-storey towers by Hariri Pontarini Architects; council approved it in 2006 and the NSUARB upheld it in 2007, but the agreement expired in 2010.

The site's best-known proposal, the Twisted Sisters, took its nickname from the twisting form of two 27-storey towers designed by Toronto's Hariri Pontarini Architects. The scheme, priced at about $150 million, drew crowds to a multi-day public hearing: heritage groups opposed it, while many young speakers backed it as a sign of progress. Council approved it in 2006, but the development agreement expired in 2010.

The site is a fenced vacant lot bounded by Granville, Sackville and Hollis Streets, with the MetroPark garage at its south end; there is no public entrance or interior to visit. The five-storey office building at 1568 Hollis Street on the southern half still has commercial tenants. MetroPark, built to replace the demolished Texpark spaces, opened on 1 April 2002 at the opposite end of the same block.
