La Laurentienne Building, Office skyscraper in Ville-Marie, Canada.

La Laurentienne Building rises 27 stories high with a modern architectural design at the intersection of René-Lévesque Boulevard and Peel Street in Montreal.

Architect Dimitri Dimakopoulos completed this 102-meter office tower in 1986, replacing the former Laurentian Hotel on the same location.

The building forms part of the Dorchester Square and Place-du-Canada Heritage Site, maintaining the architectural legacy of downtown Montreal.

The structure contains sixteen Otis Elevonic 401 elevators and houses numerous corporations including ADP Canada, BCF Business Law, and Transcontinental Media.

The bronze sculpture Cactus modulaire stands on the grounds of this Oxford Properties-managed building, adding artistic value to the property.
