Quad Windsor, Mixed-use development district in Ville-Marie, Canada
Quad Windsor is a major mixed-use development in downtown Montreal that combines residential towers, office buildings, retail spaces, and pedestrian pathways across several city blocks. The complex preserves the historic Windsor Station building and incorporates it into the modern development.
The development was launched in 2014 by Cadillac Fairview as part of a major downtown revitalization project. The project was structured to preserve and incorporate the existing railway station into a contemporary setting.
The development integrates the historic Windsor Station while creating modern spaces for community gatherings, entertainment venues, and public activities throughout the district.
The site is connected by elevated pedestrian walkways that allow you to move between residential buildings without stepping outside. These connections are especially helpful during poor weather or cold temperatures.
Five residential towers and two office buildings at this location transform 600 Peel Street into an integrated urban space with townhouses and southern exposure views.
