Quad Windsor, Mixed-use development district in Ville-Marie, Canada

Quad Windsor is a planned downtown Montreal district by Cadillac Fairview, with nine buildings: five residential towers and two office towers south of Saint-Antoine Street, plus the 50-storey Tour des Canadiens and the 26-storey Deloitte Tower near the Bell Centre. It centers on Windsor Station, which will be restored in the final phase.

Cadillac Fairview planned Quad Windsor in phases over roughly 15 years, with completion targeted for 2025 and 2030 and investment exceeding $2 billion. The name refers to the quadrangle around Windsor Station, the heritage railway building that inspired the layout. The final phase calls for restoring the station while preserving its architecture and history.

The development integrates the historic Windsor Station while creating modern spaces for community gatherings, entertainment venues, and public activities throughout the district.

The site is connected by elevated pedestrian walkways that allow you to move between residential buildings without stepping outside. These connections are especially helpful during poor weather or cold temperatures.
