E-Commerce Place

E-Commerce Place is a modern office complex in downtown Montreal consisting of two connected towers with 27 and 17 floors separated by a glass-enclosed shared area. The buildings sit along René-Lévesque Boulevard West and house office spaces across multiple floors of varying heights.

The complex was developed around 2000 as a Quebec government initiative to support the information technology sector through tax incentives and job creation. Power Corporation subsidiaries acquired the towers in December 2016, marking a major ownership change.

The building complex represents Montreal's transition into digital commerce, housing major technology companies and financial institutions in its modern office spaces.

The complex is positioned near Lucien-L'Allier subway station, offering convenient access to public transportation across the city. Ground floor spaces include restaurants and retail services for visitors and workers.

Power Corporation subsidiaries purchased both towers of E-Commerce Place in December 2016 for 387.5 million Canadian dollars.
