YUL Condos, Residential skyscraper in downtown Montreal, Canada
YUL Condos consists of two identical residential towers rising along Boulevard René-Lévesque, each reaching about 120 meters with 38 floors. The complex includes many housing units in various sizes plus townhouses, combining private living with shared facilities.
The project was initiated under Brivia Group leadership and completed between 2014 and 2017, marking a significant addition to the city's housing supply. This construction period shaped the neighborhood's evolution and contributed to Montreal's modern skyline.
The interior spaces show modern furnishings and contemporary design that reflect Montreal's focus on current architectural styles. Common areas are designed so residents and visitors can spend time together and connect with one another.
The location on a major boulevard offers good accessibility, and the height allows visitors to explore the surroundings from different vantage points. Proximity to pedestrian streets and public transportation makes arriving and leaving the area straightforward.
Residents can use a panoramic lounge on the top floor that offers sweeping views across downtown, Mount Royal, and the Saint Lawrence River. From this height, the spread of the city and its natural surroundings become particularly visible.
