YUL Condos, Residential skyscraper in downtown Montreal, Canada
The YUL Condos complex consists of two identical towers reaching 120 meters in height, with 38 floors each, situated along René-Lévesque Boulevard.
The construction project began in September 2014 under Brivia Group leadership and reached completion in 2017, representing an investment of 300 million Canadian dollars.
The interior spaces and common areas display furnishings by Armani Casa, reflecting Montreal's status as a UNESCO City of Design with modern architectural elements.
The complex includes 873 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, plus 17 townhouses, with sizes varying between 363 and 1,600 square feet.
Residents have access to a panoramic sky lounge on the 38th floor offering views of downtown Montreal, Mount Royal, and the Saint Lawrence River.
