Maison Manuvie

Maison Manuvie is a 114-meter (375-foot) office building with 27 floors and extensive glass facades that define its modern appearance. The structure creates a distinctive presence in the skyline through its contemporary design.

The project was built between 2015 and November 2017 on the site of a former parking lot and became Manulife's Quebec headquarters. Its completion represented an important moment in downtown Montreal's modernization.

The building plays a role in Montreal's downtown renewal and shapes how the city's business district looks today. It reflects the contemporary approach to office design that has become standard in the area.

The building connects directly to Montreal's underground RESO network and McGill Metro station, making it easy to reach by public transport. Visitors will find ample parking and bicycle facilities on-site.
