Maison Manuvie, High-rise office building in downtown Montreal, Canada

Maison Manuvie is a 27-storey, 114-metre office tower at 900 De Maisonneuve Ouest, between Mansfield and Metcalfe streets, designed by Menkès Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux and completed in 2017. It holds 45,200 square metres of office space, a café, a conference centre and an outdoor terrace, and links to the RESO network at McGill station.

Maison Manuvie was developed by Ivanhoé Cambridge with Manulife as co-owner, part of a plan to invest C$1 billion in downtown Montreal. The 27-storey tower, designed by Menkès Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux, was completed in 2017 at a cost of $220 million. Manulife consolidated activities there after acquiring Standard Life's Canadian operations in autumn 2014, and EY announced in 2017 that it would move in.

The name comes from Manulife, which moved its Quebec operations and the Canadian activities of Standard Life, acquired in autumn 2014, into the tower in 2017. EY announced the same year that it would relocate there, drawn by the services offered in the building.

The building connects directly to Montreal's underground RESO network and McGill Metro station, making it easy to reach by public transport. Visitors will find ample parking and bicycle facilities on-site.

The building was the first in Quebec to receive WiredScore Platinum certification for digital infrastructure. This recognition highlights its advanced technological setup.
