Ten York is a 224-meter-tall residential tower with 65 floors above ground and a glass exterior that shapes the city's profile. The project contains 725 condominium units and connects directly to transit lines, retail spaces, and downtown entertainment options.
The building was completed in 2018 after replacing a parking lot and vehicle impound facility. This project launched the shift of South Core from a purely commercial district toward a mixed-use residential neighborhood.
The building reflects how Toronto now shapes its downtown by welcoming residents into the commercial core. Walking past it, you notice how homes have become part of the city's busiest business zone.
