Matterhorn Ski Paradise, Ski area spanning the Italy–Switzerland border, Valais and Aosta Valley

Matterhorn Ski Paradise is an Italian-Swiss ski area linking Breuil-Cervinia and Valtournenche in the Aosta Valley with Zermatt in Valais, plus the satellite areas of Torgnon and Chamois. Its 360 km of runs and 50 lifts span from 1,524 m at Valtournenche to 3,899 m on the Gobba di Rollin. The two sides use separate logos in the same style of abstract blue lines: the south face of the Matterhorn for the Italian side, the north and east faces for the Swiss side.

The Italian lifts are run by Cervino S.p.A., founded in Turin in 1934 and based at Breuil-Cervinia. In the early 2000s it took over the Crétaz–Campetto skilifts, replaced in 2006 by the Campetto and Crétaz chairlifts. Financial trouble led it to become public in 2008, with about 70% held by Finaosta, the Valle d'Aosta regional finance company. Valtournenche's lifts, managed by Cime Bianche S.p.A. until 2011, and the Sirt lifts of Torgnon and Chamois were merged into it in 2012.

The area takes its name from the Matterhorn, called Cervino in Italian. The two managing companies use separate logos in the same style of abstract blue lines: the Italian one shows the mountain's south face, the Swiss one its north and east faces. The alpine chapel near the Bontadini chairlift and the Rifugio Teodulo at its top are landmarks on the Italian side.

Skiing is possible year-round because part of the lift network sits on the Plateau Rosa glacier, with 26.5 km of summer slopes (5.5 km at Breuil-Cervinia, 21 km at Zermatt). The connected area runs from 1,524 m at Valtournenche to 3,899 m at the Gobba di Rollin, so allow time to acclimatise. Access from the Italian side starts at Breuil-Cervinia via the Cretaz chairlift and the Breuil-Cervinia–Plan Maison lifts.

The area's highest lift station, at Testa Grigia on the Swiss border, sits at 3,500 m and is the highest cable-car station in the Aosta Valley. From there the lifts reach the Gobba di Rollin at 3,899 m, the top altitude of the whole Italo-Swiss network.
