Nina Tower, Skyscraper in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong
Nina Tower consists of two connected structures reaching 320 meters in height with 80 floors, forming a significant element in Tsuen Wan's urban landscape.
The construction period extended from 2000 to 2006, marking a period of substantial commercial development in Hong Kong's New Territories region.
The building bears the name of Nina Wang, while the adjacent structure, Teddy Tower, commemorates her husband who disappeared after a kidnapping incident.
The complex contains 60 elevators serving offices, a 1608-room hotel, retail spaces, and a shopping center near Tsuen Wan West station.
Initial plans proposed a height of 518 meters for this structure, but aviation restrictions near Chek Lap Kok Airport limited the final height.
