One Midtown, Grade A industrial building in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong
One Midtown is an office building on Hoi Shing Road in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, rising 36 floors above street level. The upper floors face toward the waterfront, giving tenants open views over the surrounding district.
The building was completed in 2012, at a time when Tsuen Wan was replacing old factory blocks with new office towers. This shift changed the look of the district over the following years.
The name "One Midtown" positions the building as part of a new commercial identity for Tsuen Wan, a district once known mostly for factories and warehouses. Walking around the ground floor, visitors notice a polished lobby and shared spaces that reflect how the area now attracts professional services rather than industrial tenants.
The building is a short walk from Tsuen Wan West MTR station and is straightforward to reach by public transport from central Hong Kong. The main entrance on Hoi Shing Road leads directly to the lobby, where lifts serve all floors.
The building has nine lifts in total, including separate units dedicated to cargo and service operations, which is not common for an office tower of this size. This setup keeps passenger and freight traffic moving on separate routes through the building.
