Porcelain Workshop in Sanqingkou

The Porcelain Workshop operates in a large facility with multiple departments dedicated to ceramics creation, including molding areas, glazing stations, and firing chambers.

The site maintains traditional porcelain manufacturing techniques from the Song Dynasty, when Jingdezhen established its reputation as China's primary ceramics production center.

International artists collaborate with Chinese craftsmen to create porcelain pieces, exchanging knowledge of regional techniques and contemporary ceramic design methods.

The workshop provides residency programs starting at 2600 RMB weekly, including access to facilities, tools, materials, and guidance from experienced ceramic masters.

Each artist receives a personal workspace within The Sculpture Factory, surrounded by 1,300 skilled craftsmen who specialize in different aspects of porcelain production.
