Sun Tuen Mun Centre, Residential complex in Tuen Mun District, Hong Kong.

Sun Tuen Mun Centre is a private estate of ten 44-storey towers arranged in two rows above the Light Rail depot in Sham Shui Wai, Tuen Mun. The tan-brown concrete facades have densely repeated small windows and balconies, with dark vertical strips and brown corner bands. The podium holds a shopping mall, car park, kindergarten, community centre, gym, ball courts, swimming pool and platform garden.

The complex began development in 1986 through a partnership between Sun Hung Kai Properties and Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation, finishing construction in 1990. The project was part of broader growth in the Tuen Mun area during that decade.

The podium mall, originally called Convenience City, covers about 150,000 square feet over two levels and is anchored by a Chinese restaurant, a supermarket and daily-goods shops. The estate falls in Primary School Network 70 and the Tuen Mun secondary network, and the podium also holds a kindergarten and community centre. The name Sun Tuen Mun Centre is shortened locally to Sun Tuen Chung or STMC.

The complex is easily accessible with ample parking and nearby bus lines for transportation. Visitors and guests of residents will find restaurants, shops, and recreation facilities on-site.

The estate stands on the roof of the Light Rail depot, so the towers rest on a podium holding the depot, the two-level Sun Tuen Mun Centre mall (originally called Convenience City), car parks, a kindergarten and a swimming pool. The 10 blocks of 44 floors hold 3,500 flats, and the top floors have two three-bedroom units each with a roof garden.
