Langham Place Office Tower

Langham Place Office Tower is a 255-meter-tall skyscraper with 59 floors above ground and 5 levels below ground. The facade features blue glass paired with grey panels across the entire structure.

Construction started in 1999 as a joint project between Great Eagle Group and Urban Renewal Authority. The tower replaced the former Bird Street marketplace, which was a feature of this location.

The building shapes how Mong Kok looks today, where international companies and offices now cluster together. The space has become a meeting point for business people and commuters passing through the district daily.

The building connects directly to Mong Kok MTR station through underground passages, making access straightforward. Parking is available with 250 spaces across the basement levels.

The building houses 18 elevators serving its office floors and features a large fitness center for tenants and visitors. This combination makes it a notable hub in the busy district.
