The Macau Tea Culture House exhibits extensive collections of teapots, cups, and traditional brewing equipment across two floors of a colonial building.
The museum started operations in 2005 to document the maritime tea trade routes that connected China with Europe through the port of Macau.
Visitors can participate in tea ceremonies where experts demonstrate the precise methods of preparation according to Chinese and Portuguese traditions.
The museum opens daily from 9 AM to 7 PM, offering free guided tours in multiple languages and maintaining a specialized library about tea cultivation.
The building incorporates Chinese wooden panels and Portuguese glass windows, featuring a dedicated space for traditional tea poetry readings.
