Avon Park is a private residential estate at 15 Ying Ming Road in Fanling South, completed in March 1994. Its seven towers rise 25 to 29 storeys and hold 1,316 flats of roughly 500 to 1,300 square feet. The base carries a shopping mall of over 100,000 square feet and 216 parking spaces, with footbridges to Qian Qing, Wah Sum Estate and Fanling Centre.

Avon Park was built in the 1990s when Hong Kong was expanding residential areas in the New Territories to handle growing housing demand. The development was part of a broader effort to relieve pressure on crowded urban neighborhoods.

The Chinese name 碧湖花園 ("Jade Lake Garden") does not describe a lake or garden on the site; the estate stands beside the former Tin Sum temporary housing area, now Qian Qing. Its base mall opened with local shops such as Wellcome, Mannings and Café de Coral, and its large atrium still hosts exhibitions and events that draw nearby residents.

The complex sits roughly 600 meters from Fanling Station, served by the East Rail Line for quick connections across Hong Kong. Multiple bus routes link the area to surrounding regions, making it easy to reach other neighborhoods.
