Avon Park

Avon Park is a residential complex in Fanling with seven buildings, each standing 25 stories tall and housing eight apartments per floor. The development sits on Yat Ming Road and accommodates hundreds of families across its towers.

Avon Park was built in the 1990s when Hong Kong was expanding residential areas in the New Territories to handle growing housing demand. The development was part of a broader effort to relieve pressure on crowded urban neighborhoods.

The development combines modern urban living with Chinese design elements, which is reflected in its Chinese name 碧湖花園.

The complex sits roughly 600 meters from Fanling Station, served by the East Rail Line for quick connections across Hong Kong. Multiple bus routes link the area to surrounding regions, making it easy to reach other neighborhoods.

Each of the seven residential towers features identical floor plans, but corner units are arranged differently from the central apartments. This design creates different living options within the same complex.
